About the Eastern Charlotte Chamber of Commerce
Established in 1993, the Eastern Charlotte Chamber of Commerce is a non-profit organization supporting local business in the Eastern Charlotte region. Our objective is to promote trade and commerce as well as the economic, civic and social welfare of the district.
Letter from the President
It is a true honour to serve as the President of the Eastern Charlotte Chamber of Commerce. As the General Manager at Quoddy Seafood in Penfield and a long-time supporter of our region’s economic growth, I’ve had the privilege of working closely with the Chamber over the years — most recently as Treasurer.
Eastern Charlotte is built on hard work, collaboration, and an enduring sense of place. Whether you’re a new entrepreneur, a growing organization, or an established industry leader, the Chamber exists to support your success and amplify your voice. I’m excited to build on the strong foundation laid by our past leadership, and to help shape new opportunities for growth and connection in our communities.

Our Executive Director
Andrea Foster is a dynamic people leader and strategic thinker with over 35 years of experience in Distribution, Sales, Operations, and team building in Ontario and New Brunswick. She began her career running a family distribution business before becoming the first female GM at Publi-Sac and later leading distribution for multiple daily newspapers. Since 2018, she has held senior leadership roles with BNI and Universal Truck & Trailer, driving innovation and growth, including introducing Amazon delivery to New Brunswick. Outside of work, Andrea enjoys fishing, clam digging, and exploring the scenic shores and culinary delights of Eastern Charlotte.
